Meet Ailar

Ailar Poormoghaddam is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. She graduated from University of California, Berkeley, with a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, and completed her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at University of Western States.

She utilizes her training in Functional Medicine, to determine the root cause of chronic conditions, where diet often plays a central role. She is on a mission to use food as medicine.

Ailar offers nutrition consultations to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, and gut imbalances.
